Open for the Winter Season

NEW OPENING TIMES FOR THE ROMAN CIRCUS VISITOR CENTRE

Traditionally, the Roman Circus Visitor Centre and Café closed for the Winter Season at the end of September. However, due to the popularity of our recent Dig It! exhibition and public demand to see the Roman Circus archaeological heritage site, the Visitor Centre (but not the Café) will be open to the public MONDAY to FRIDAY, 11 am to 3 pm, until Easter 2020.

If you haven’t been to site of Britain’s only known chariot-racing track yet, or would like to see what has been recently unearthed in Camulodunum, then why not come along on a weekday. The Visitor Centre is a great place to spend some time in on a rainy day!
